How to give rating to a Provider

In order to give ratings to a Provider, please follow steps below:

  1. Sign in your Buyer account on JoomLancers
  2. Click My Projects as buyer on the top navigation
  3. Click Awarded Project tab in horizontal menu
  4. Locate the project and click Complete this project
  5. Click Submit Feedback

Step 4 mentioned above is not needed if you already confirm project completion when releasing final escrow milestone. In this case, you follow My Projects > My Completed Project, then locate project to give rating.

** Note: Please keep your ratings neutral and honest as the ratings are of great importance for other members’ reference. Your ratings will decide the score of each Provider on JoomLancers.
