1. Provider will be notified via email that his bid has been chosen as the winning bid.
2. Project will be frozen and no more bidding is allowed.
3. Provider will have to upload a Project Agreement and propose Delivery and Milestone within the Bid award notification validity
4. You and Provider can use the PM for further project discussion
Note:
– You can Unselect the chosen Provider via “My projects” page and continue to receive bids from Providers
– You can choose another Provider at anytime
– If the Bid award notification validity is over. Provider can not accept/deny to work on the project any more; You will have to reselect the bid or choose another bid.
