Provider and Buyer are entitled to give rating to each other in the following cases:
- When the last escrow amount of project is released (if Payment via JoomLancers is applied). AND
- Buyer marks the project as completed (by clicking Complete this project in project management area)
Freelancer/Buyer can only see the other party’s review and rating after he provides a review to this party. If one party does not provide a feedback within 14 days, he will not be able to provide a review any more and his partner’s review will be published. Freelancer and buyer have 14 days to provide reviews to each other since the last escrow is released or buyer marks the project “completed” (by clicking Complete this project in project management area).
