At present, payments to your Provider can be conducted via our Safe Escrow Payment system or other methods that both parties agree to use.
We highly recommend you use our Safe Escrow Payment. This Joomlancers exclusive feature guarantees a stress free transaction by putting you in control of releasing funds to the Providers.
With our “Safe Escrow Payment”, you don’t pay the Provider directly, but instead deposit the funds into an escrow account. While giving the Provider the reassurance that you have the funds, the Provider also knows that they do not receive any funds until work is completed (or a work phase is completed if you are doing a phased project). Upon completion of work (or work phase), you verify that you’ve received what you’ve asked for, and release funds from escrow account. Since you are in control, you can guarantee that you’ll get the deliverable that you’re asking for!

- Sign in your Buyer account on Joomlancers
- Click My Projects as buyer on the top navigation
- Click Awarded Projects
- Locate project and click Release Escrow
