In order to successfully complete bidding process, you are required to deposit full project amount into escrow account. In certain cases, the fund in escrow account will be returned to your account on JoomLancers, including:
- The Provider denies escrow payment at his end
- Both parties agree to refund escrow payment
- The Provider has not started working and you decide to terminate the project. In this case, you are required to contact JoomLancers for escrow refund.
