When a project is considered as contracted?

1. With project using JoomLancers work-phase Payment

Project is contracted when 2 following conditions are met:

  1. Project Agreement is accepted by both Freelancer and Buyer
  2. The buyer has deposited work-phase money for the project. The work-phase amount can be less or more than original Bid amount.

2. With project using other payment options (Not Using JoomLancers work-phase Payment)

Project is contracted when Project Agreement is accepted by both Freelancer and Buyer.
