When is deemed to start working on a project

You and the Buyer are deemed to start working on the project at the moment the project is marked Awarded.

For project using JoomLancers Escrow:The project can only be marked as Awarded if both of the following 2 conditions are met:

  1. The Project Agreement are agreed by both you and Buyer, and
  2. The Buyer has funded into Escrow account the total project amount

For project not using JoomLancers payment method: The project is marked as Awarded when the you confirms to approve buyer’s selection.

** Note: The project implementation is subject to scope of work specified in Work Agreement. Any extra work beyond Work Agreement will be invalid unless otherwise agreed by you and the Buyer.
